Housing Authority established in 1966 at Larose Gardens
(Purchased partially erected private developer property that was in foreclosure)
 
Finished construction and began to occupy Larose Gardens in 1969
(50 units /12 - lBR / 24 - 2BR / 14 - 3 BR)

Stichman Towers was started in 1969 and occupied in 1971 (80 -1 BR, 1- 2BR)

Cronin High Rise started in 1979 and occupied in 1981 ( 99 -1BR, 1- 2BR )

Earl Towers was started in 1983 and occupied in 1985 .(74-lBR, 1- 2BR)

Also operates Housing Choice Vouchers Program serving 744 low income families and homeless individuals throughout Warren County, the Villages of So. Glens Falls, the Village of Hudson Falls and the Village of Whitehall, NY.
